Quick Dry Very Low Moisture (VLM) Process

These complaints are primarily due to the cleaning process.

Traditional steam cleaning (which is really hot water extraction - no steam in used) is an old process that can leave your carpets wet for many hours (or even days when not done properly). This system relies on high water pressure and detergent to clean (which can force water and dirt down into the pad and even the subfloor). A lot of the water is then sucked out of the carpet, but it still takes a long time to totally dry. This can cause problems including wicking (stains coming back) and quicker re-soiling, and is also a real inconvenience.
